Trained in a variety of supportive techniques, I hold dual certification with CAPPA/DONA as a Birth Doula, Certified Childbirth Educator, Certified Happiest Baby Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, and CAPPA Certified Labor Doula Trainer and an excellent informational resource to newly expectant mothers and their partners.
As a mother myself, family is most important and how they arrive into this world is equally important, providing safety from the beginning is key to a wonderful life start.
My love for understanding the birth process brings knowledge as well as compassion to the birthing place. I enjoy working with my clients by educating and preparing them so that they are better equipped to make informed decisions.
I consider it a true blessing to support my clients during the pregnancy and birth process, either in their home, at a birth center or in a hospital setting by helping them achieve the experience they desire.
